Serial Search + Information Display
A new dual search box has been enabled to separate Serial search from Part Number / Part Description search. This allows us to provide more information about your serial search including confirmation of a valid serial number.
- Dual Search bar on Desktop & Mobile
- Search confirmation of valid Serial # with same results as before
- Additional info including Model #, Order # and Ship Date

Search within results for Serial Search
After searching for your serial number, you can enter any key words to further refine your result in a new search box above the filters.
- Search for keyword is applied to your serial search.
- Operates just like a filter.
Order History Search
You now can search your order history for specific orders using multiple parameters.
- Search using Order/Invoice/PO number, Ship to location, Order status and/or a date range
- Sort results capability
- Download for further analysis
Address Management
Within My Account and Checkout-Shipping, address management has received a full upgrade to include search and easier navigation.
- Search addresses to easily find the one you need.
Bill of Material & Serial Finder Website
Now released is a new website for the full Bill of Material Serial Finder for Hussmann cases. This is a different website than the parts store and requires a new registration.
- Simple registration
- Full Indented BOM including Part #, Quantity and colors for each part
- Links to Performance Parts store to complete your purchase
*Requires Registration

Third Party Shipping Option
New Shipping Option now available from Checkout Delivery Mode Page allows you to use your preferred shipping provider and account for shipping the order.
- Third Party Shipping Account can be selected from Delivery Options.
- Required information fields display for entering needed information.
- Carrier Name, Account Number, Shipment Type, Service Level, and Contact Information
- Estimated shipping cost displays as $0.00 since carrier will bill you directly.

Color Search for Painted Parts with popular colors pinned to top of list
The most popular colors will now appear at the top of the Select Color drop down menu for parts that are painted to order.

A search box is also available for quickly finding the color needed.


- Search by the 3-digit color number if you know it.
- Search by color name to shorten the list.

- Customer Pickup as a Delivery Option
- Simple checkbox in the checkout process enabling customer pick up from the Bridgeton, Missouri warehouse

Customer Pickup Option in Checkout
- You can now select Customer Pickup during checkout for orders picked up at our Bridgeton, MO warehouse.
- This option is designed for customers who prefer to manage their own pickup or freight provider, giving you greater flexibility in how you receive your orders.
- Please note: this is not the same as 3rd Party Shipping (where we ship on your provider’s account). Customer Pickup is specifically for when you handle the pickup arrangements yourself.


New Image Viewer for Products
Click on the expansion arrow in the top right corner, the image will expand and appear in a new full screen window. You can zoom in or download the image as well. Simply click the red “x” to exit. This works great in desktop and mobile versions.

Order Detail View – Tracking Information and Additional Details
In this release, we have expanded the available information when viewing order details from your Order History found in My Account to give you greater visibility into your orders. New details now include:
- Tracking information with clickable link to shipper tracking page
- Order and Invoice Numbers
- Bill to and ship to addresses
To access, go to My Account => Order History and click on any order to view the information (when) available.
