HIGH-PERFORMING REPLACEMENT THERMAL EXPANSION VALVES

The Hussmann Engineering Lab has put Sanhua’s valves through rigorous testing, and it has been proven that Sanhua’s lower superheat average translates to a more consistent product temperature in your refrigeration cases.

We went outside of the lab into real-world conditions to see how Sanhua’s valves would perform in conditions like you experience day in and day out. In-store field tests corrected a problem where superheat was dropping below zero, which could cause damage to the compressor if the refrigerant were to condense into a liquid, thus preventing costly repairs and product loss.

FILTER-DRIERS

Molded cores are engineered with a blend of desiccants to protect systems against moisture and acid and are secured in place with fiberglass pads on both ends and a 100-mesh metal support screen at the outlet.

Hussmann-Sanhua Ball Valves easily and efficiently shut off refrigerant flow and allow for the refrigerant to be isolated when servicing. The Ball Valves are compatible with all common HCFC and HFC refrigerants and are UL listed with a maximum operating pressure of 700 PSIG.
