    • View and manage all quotes for company – not just your quotes.

    • That is based on the parts in the quote and state to which the parts will ship.

    • No longer limited to signed in user orders and orders placed through the Parts Store.

Company Quote Sharing

All users with the same Company Number can view, edit, assign, and check out any quote placed by users from their company.

  • An ‘Assigned To’ column has been added to the available Quotes view.

Assigning Quotes

  • Assigning quotes to another user facilitates quote review and approval processing.
  • When creating a quote, users can select “Select Assignment” to assign it to another user with their company from the dropdown menu. If not assigned, the quote will be assigned to the creator. Click ‘Submit Quote’ when complete.

  • Since users can view all submitted quotes for their company, any user can take control of a quote by clicking the “Assign To Me” button while viewing the quote and proceed to checkout.

Estimated Shipping for Quotes

This new capability provides an estimated shipping cost based on the parts in the quote and state to which the parts will ship.

  • It is only an estimate - actual shipping cost will be calculated once the quote moves to the check process and the full address is provided. The estimate is not saved.
  • The quote must be Submitted before the ‘Estimate Shipping & Handling’ window will appear.
  • Only shipments within the United States can be estimated.
  • An error message will appear if the shipping cost cannot be estimated.

Add to Saved Cart

Quickly add parts to ‘Saved Carts’ (aka Shopping Lists) for building future part orders.

  • Add from Search Result and Part pages.
  • Saved carts can be used for Replenishment, Standard, Truck Stock, Preventative Maintenance orders.
  • Easily modify parts and quantities on lists through Saved Carts.

Complete Company Order History

Companies with multiple users assigned to the same Performance Parts company number will be able to search for and review all orders placed with that company number.

  • An additional filter to ‘My Orders’ has been added to the search window.
  • An Ordered By column has been added to the search results window.

Purchasing for Multiple Companies

Users needing to purchase for companies with multiple Performance Parts Company Numbers can place orders for the different companies without accessing separate user accounts.

  • At sign-in, users will select the company for which they will be purchasing (multiple companies must be assigned to a user’s account).
  • A ‘Change Company’ option will also appear on the ‘My Account’ Menu if multiple companies are assigned to a user.
  • Adding additional companies to user accounts must be approved and added by contacting Performance Parts Customer Service.
